New Georgian University

On March 27 Archive of Caucasian Philosophy and Theology hosted a book launch, Iona Khelashvili's Metaphysical Conception by Prof. Dr. Metropolitan Grigoli (Berbichashvili). The book is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of restoration of autocephaly of the Georgian Apostolic Orthodox Church. In his work Metropolitan Grigoli discusses life and creative work of distinctive Georgian theologian and philosopher Iona Khelashvili (1778-1837). The book launch was attended by academics and professional staff of New Georgian University, students, representatives of the city administration, and clergy of Poti and Khobi diocese.
